The DoD and each of the military Services
are embarking on an initiative that will transform the development
and operation of military systems. This transformation, known as
Net-Centric Warfare (NCW), is focused on enhancing effectiveness and
reducing logistics support requirements on the modern battlefield. A
Service Oriented Architecture is a key enabler for NCW. At SPARTA, we
develop both core and domain services for our DoD customers. A
